When you visit an insurance-based practice or clinic, your insurance covers some or all of the cost of certain procedures necessary for your health. In exchange, you pay your insurance company a monthly premium. However, many insurance policies have detailed requirements you and/or your provider must meet in order to qualify for coverage.
At a cash pay medical spa in Leesburg, like Dynamic Health and Wellness, you pay for the cost of your care upfront. Cash pay often gives you more flexibility and freedom than insurance coverage. It also often makes your care more affordable by allowing you to pay your provider directly and not any third-parties.
Nearly all our services, including primary care, at Dynamic Health Wellness are cash-pay only. When you sign up for primary care with Wendy Clow, your initial visit will cost $95. Each followup visit only costs $55. If you need extra labs or imaging done as part of your care, we can use your insurance to cover those costs where applicable or provide in-house labs at a cash-based price.
At Dynamic Health and Wellness, our treatment consultations are completely free. We encourage you to come talk to our team about your concerns and goals, and we can recommend a course of treatment designed to treat your unique concerns.
Yes, we have options for telehealth appointments at our med spa in Leeburg. We always want to see you in person for your first appointment. This allows us to not just review your medical history and perform vital physical evaluations, but also lay the foundation for a lasting, meaningful relationship.
Once you’re an established patient at Dynamic Health and Wellness, telehealth becomes a very useful tool for your care. If you have work, if you have kids with you at home, or there’s another reason you can’t come in, telehealth can help us keep you feeling your best.
Yes, we can help you manage your prescriptions as long as you’re an established patient with us. As part of your primary care services, we can write prescriptions and help you get refills as needed.

The real question is what kind of health care experience does Wendy not have? Wendy Clow, FNP-C, has over 30 years of experience in the medical field. She’s worked in a variety of departments and fields, but more recently, she’s spent over a decade as a trauma flight nurse.
With the support of her family, Wendy is proud to finally open her own practice. But when she’s not seeing patients at her wellness clinic and medical spa in Leesburg, she’s still busy riding in helicopters to save lives.
When you visit Dynamic Health and Wellness for the very first time, we always schedule you for an in-person appointment with Wendy Clow. First, we have you fill out your intake paperwork. These forms cover your medical history, allowing us to get to know you better. If your consultation is for a particular treatment, these forms also let us check for any contraindications for that treatment.
Next, you sit down with Wendy for about 20 minutes to chat. She listens closely as you describe your goals for treatment, and she guides you to the right course of action. She’s more than happy to answer any questions you have. Once you feel ready, she’ll help you schedule your treatment, and you’re ready to go!
