At Dynamic Health and Wellness, we offer four primary women’s health treatments: Empower Tone, VTone, FormaV, and Morpheus8V.

Empower Tone and VTone both concentrate on increasing muscle strength in and around your pelvic floor. They each use electrical stimulation to contract your muscles, much like a workout. This rebuilds the muscle fibers and re-educates your muscles to reduce urinary incontinence.

Empower Tone specifically focuses on the abdominal muscles to improve your core strength. When combined with other women’s health treatments, it becomes a powerful tool for treating incontinence. VTone, meanwhile, targets the pelvic floor muscles. It produces muscle contractions very similar to kegel exercises for precision treatment.

Morpheus8V and FormaV both involve applying radiofrequency heat to your vaginal walls. This stimulates \collagen and elastin production in your vaginal tissues, which creates a layer of more youthful cells. Morpheus8V includes microneedling, which creates an even more powerful restorative effect to your treatment.

We offer vaginal tissue remodeling with Morpheus8V and FormaV. Both treatments are designed to optimize your results while minimizing any discomfort. In the case of Morpheus8V, we’ll apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort. During each treatment, you may feel a sensation of mild pressure and possibly warmth. At no point should you feel pain or significant discomfort.

After Morpheus8V, you may feel some soreness in the vaginal canal for a few days. We typically recommend waiting 2 to 4 days to exercise, and a week before any sexual activity. Otherwise, you can return to your normal routine. Our other women’s health treatments may likewise produce some mild soreness, but there aren’t any restrictions on your activity.

The number of treatment sessions will depend on the specific treatment and your unique body. Typically, we recommend 6 sessions for our muscle strengthening treatments and at least 3 sessions of vaginal rejuvenation.

We work with you to schedule your appointment either right before or after your menstrual cycle. Arrive to your appointment in a comfortable, two-piece outfit. For VTone, Empower Tone, and FormaV, you can plan to lie back and relax, no other preparation needed.

For Morpheus8V, some patients prefer to shave the treatment area before their appointment, but this isn’t typically necessary. For one week leading up to your appointment, avoid NSAIDs to reduce your risk of bleeding or bruising. Just before starting the procedure, we apply an intravaginally numbing agent, and then you’re ready to begin.

Neither VTone nor Empower Tone requires any specialized post-care. You can expect some muscle soreness, like a good workout, but this should be mild and quickly fade.

After FormaV, we recommend resting your pelvic area from any hot water or activity for 2 days. You can shower like normal during this time, but avoid baths. We can also give you an optional post-care barrier cream to promote faster healing.

Likewise, after Morpheus8V, plan on 2 to 7 days of pelvic rest and avoiding heat. You should continue to avoid NSAIDs for about a week after your treatment session.
